Riot Games has announced one of the most unexpected partnerships in history. League of Legends, Valorant and Legends of Runeterra Studios participate in Microsoft Game Pass. In addition to using all of the studio’s games, all members of this subscription service will be able to unlock different content in each game. Offer valid this winter.
Each game has its advantages
The benefits announced will apply to all of the studio’s multiplayer titles. In short, all the characters of the different titles will be available, but in the future we can expect new features such as extracts from skins and even the possibility of a free existence. This is a new step in the partnership between Microsoft and Riot Games which started with the ability to generate Riot Points for free through Microsoft Rewards.
- League of Legends – All Champions Unlocked
- League of Legends: Wild Rift – All Champions Unlocked
- Valorant – All agents are blocked
- Legends of Runeterra – Base Set Unlocked
- Teamfight Tactics – Unlocks a series of mini legends.
So far, Riot Games and Xbox have not determined the fate of single-player games developed by Riot Forge. Thus, in the absence of a possible extension within this partnership, Ruined King: A League of Legends Story, Hextech Mayhem or the next Song of Nunu should not be made available to the subscription service.
Xbox Game Pass is available for console or PC for $9.99. The service also includes the EA Play library and can be purchased together (console and PC) for €12.99 per month.
