How to Add Social Tags in Fortnite

A new feature unlocks in Fortnite Season 3. Here’s how to add social tags to your gamer profile.

Fortnite Season 3 is in full swing, introducing a host of features, content, points of interest and more. Thanks to this latest update, Epic Games doesn’t seem to have any intention of slowing down and is introducing plenty of new additions to keep things clean and fun.

A new feature that is slowly rolling out for Fortnite players is the ability to add social tags.

social tags Let players choose beacons based on their preferred game mode, playstyle (Chill, Mic Off, Mic On, etc.), and preferred competitive activity. Players also recommend the Fortnite experience based on their social tags. The feature won’t be available to everyone immediately, but in return it will gradually roll out to all players depending on the status of the test, so fear not if you don’t have the opportunity yet.

With that in mind, here’s how to add social tags to Fortnite

To add social tags to a profile, click the profile icon in the sidebar, then select “+ Add tags”.

Once players have at least one social tag, they will be able to send and receive party invites from players with matching tags in the same server region. These evenings can be postponed I’m looking for a party Section in the sidebar.

Players must enable Party Calls to start sending and receiving invites. The function can be deactivated at any time. When closed, sent invites expire and players do not receive invites. Duo, Trio, Team etc. While playing, Seeking Party is optional – the usual party invite system will remain.
