EA Sports has released the FIFA 23 Ultimate Edition cover featuring Paris Saint-Germain’s Kylian Mbappe and Chelsea’s Sam Carey.
This is Mbappe’s third consecutive FIFA title on the cover and Kerry’s debut. The Ultimate Edition features two stars sitting side by side on a marble and gold background. EA Sports said in an official statement: “Two extraordinary forces lie before us. The ultimate mind-blowing partnership,” he said.

As part of the cover announcement, EA Sports also announced that FIFA 23 will be announced on July 20. This will be EA Sports’ last FIFA title, but not the last football game. After FIFA 23, the series will be known as EA Sports FC by as many fans as its potential name.
YouTube will premiere on July 20 at 12:00 p.m. ET. Expect the main gameplay trailer and possibly information about the new Hypermotion 2 technology to appear in the lower right corner of the cover.
Ultimate Team fans, as you know, should expect this reveal to happen in August.
