FIFA 22 TOTS Swaps 1 tokens can now be purchased from SBCs. The coin exchange system allows players to receive coins and exchange them for rewards by completing objectives and SBCs during TOTS.

For starters, there aren’t many reward options that might not be worth getting your tokens for. This year, the Tots have been great so far with the best caliber cards added to your squad from each league.
