The FIFA 22 Team of the Season promotion will feature many SBCs including Flashback items, End of Era SBCs, and other Prime Icon Moments SBCs. One of the next SBCs set to arrive in FIFA 22 is Prime Icon Moments Wayne Rooney.
According to this FutSheriff on Twitter, Rooney PIM SBC soon added via SBC. The Rooney PIM card is currently below 600,000 coins in the FUT transfer market.

The Sheriff said the leaked SBC has yet to confirm a release date, but is expected to air in the coming days ahead of the arrival of the Bundesliga TOTS. Since Rooney is a Premier League legend, it makes sense that his SBC would air during the Premier League TOTS.
Upgrade packs are coming soon and many packs will be unlocked throughout TOTS, Rooney doesn’t need to be too expensive to complete and can eventually train upgraded packs and food wraps.
Wayne Rooney’s Prime Icon Moments card is a great card, but it will be interesting to see how many players complete SBC, as the TOTS promotion will be releasing a number of great and excellent attackers that will be cheaper than the Icon Moments card. . .
