A few days before the start of the official CDL year 2023, on August 22, Arcitys on Twitter Being a limited free agent was one of many startling stories that fueled the public’s annual “Rostermania” fever at the time.
Now that the dust has settled, the move marks a “full loop” moment for SlasheR, whose first experience playing on the “Tier 1” Call of Duty organization came with FaZe in 2014.
The former CoD World League Championship 2016 winner entering Modern Warfare II maintains his reputation as one of the best individual main ARs on the scene.
However, during the CDL era, SlasheR had some well-documented struggles in the tournament division. After winning Black Ops 4 tournaments with 100 Thieves, SlasheR was an essential part of the OpTic Gaming Los Angeles and Los Angeles Thieves teams and never reached his full potential.
Last season at Vanguard, SlasheR helped the Guerrillas claim their first Call of Duty trophy at Major 2.
After missing the 2022 Championship weekend, SlasheR is now heading to a team that finished second in the event and has yet to miss the CDL Champs Grand Finals.
