According to Charlie Intel, the open beta of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will certainly offer players a PlayStation 4 and a PS5.

Of course, this has been a long-standing trend in COD releases for the past few years, thanks to a deal between Activision and PlayStation that will likely expire if Microsoft’s deal to acquire Activision Blizzard goes through.

As seen in September last year, Vanguard’s open beta gave PlayStation gamers a full weekend to try out the game’s multiplayer mode before resuming Xbox and PC access on Thursday. next.

Additionally, starting in August, all PlayStation players had the exclusive opportunity to learn more about Vanguard gameplay through the 48-hour Champion Hill Alpha test.

Ultimately, with this leak, it looks like Call of Duty fans should expect something similar to happen again with MW2 in the coming months.

At press time, a pre-order leak indicates that all three offerings should eventually provide early access to the unannounced open beta of MW2 for all players. No information has yet been released on the MW2 alpha potential.
