Reddit user Particle_Cannon recently posted an interesting question on the Apex Legends subreddit. In their article published on Friday, April 22, they focused on the game’s newest addition, Mad Maggie. In his inaugural season, his voters — the overall measure of popularity in society — dropped to 2.2%. This makes him the third least popular legend to date along with Watson and Crypto. With this in mind, they asked:
“What changes to his set do you think will make him a more appropriate choice?
This appears to be a hot topic for the public as the post has over 830 comments at the time of writing. In the responses, users noted several issues that they noticed while playing Mad Maggie, including tactics, passives, sound effects, and more.
The biggest problem though? According to the comments, this is his final.
Flirtmcdudes said, “His Ultimate isn’t exactly brilliant. The speed boost is negligible, never breaks the team, etc. I think if they rework his ultimate he will potentially see more games as offensive legends,” flirtmcdudes writes.
“Your tactics, and especially your ultimatum, need a buffet. A devastating bullet should not explode sooner, but should hit people with similar effect and damage before the final explosion.
