Although there were no new maps in Season 12, the game received the necessary boost with the new Legend and Control LTM. However, over time the content is slowly aging and players are eagerly awaiting the next season.
Although no official announcement has been made yet, the 13th season will air in May. We’ll likely see one of the legends leaked as Newcastle and another Titanfall 2 scream based on this new leak.

This was one of the main rumors and developments in Apex Legends. Unlike Call of Duty, players don’t have a loadout to search for, which means they have to be lucky enough to find the weapon they want.
All of that could change next season.

And it looks like Specters from Titanfall 2 might be added next season. It looks like Spectra will return next season as controlled NPC allies with several codes added to support NPC C&C, minimal visibility, and smart tactics (like in Grunt AI Titanfall 2).
Both have been trusted builds in the past, so most of this information is reliable, but nothing has been verified by Respawn and there is still plenty of time to change things.
