Apex Legends players are reporting a weird bug that is causing those trying to craft items with replicators to crash into the map and die.
Although the error requires further investigation, it may be related to Vantage, a legend recently released by Respawn Entertainment. Legend has already confirmed the location of bugs and issues, and an example of this bug is that it happened to a player using Vantage.
In a clip posted Friday to the Apex Legends subreddit by u/ulwrestler145, a Vantage player begins building a replicator. After crafting a Shield Battery and moving to another empty slot to craft a med kit, the Vantage player exits the crafting menu and immediately drops to the ground. They keep falling out of bounds until they crash into the death plane and die.
In the comments, other players have reported other issues with the Replicator, including a spot where they were forced to choke after crafting the item. It is possible that these two errors are related, but it has not been confirmed yet.
Respawn Entertainment has yet to admit any wrongdoing.
