In a rather unexpected move, Apex Legends Mobile will have its own combat license and cosmetics. The Apex Legends player base is not very happy with this statement, but it was expected. Respawn Entertainment will make money and create a separate battle map, which is the easiest way to do it.
What frustrates players is that it takes resources from the actual game. There’s so much to sort out and balance that no one wants to know the company is working on a separate mobile version, let alone cosmetics.
And if the cosmetics are better, they can get worse. Nothing can offend the masses like a mobile game with better systems and cosmetics. And that may be because mobile games are paid. If EA thinks the game is making more money, they can ask Respawn to send more resources to the mobile version of the game and leave the original version behind.
Meanwhile, Respawn Entertainment has released Apex Legends Mobile in restricted regions.
