Thanks to a leak from popular data miner HYPERMYST, it has been revealed that some classic skins may be returning to Apex Legends in just a few days. It looks like these skins will be re-released on July 12.
The skins don’t have a specific theme between them; Plus, these are all classic looks that fans liked enough that Respawn Entertainment wanted to bring them back. Below is a list of all the looks featured in the HYPERMYST video.
This wouldn’t be the first time Respawn has decided to bring back fan-favorite looks. HYPERMYST made a similar video in season 11 detailing a similar leak. The main difference was that the costumes released at the time were a completely different set than the one slated to be back in a few days.
As Apex Legends releases more and more skins over the course of several seasons, it makes sense that the trend of re-releasing old skins will continue, given that they’ll have plenty to choose from. The re-release also gives new players the ability to purchase skins they wouldn’t normally get, which will become even more important as the game’s playerbase grows over time.
