Mad Maggie looked like an incredible legend when she first met him, but soon realized that was not the case. Legend has been fighting since inception and things like the buggy ultimatum don’t help.
Mad Maggie Passive and Ultimatum have major inconsistencies. Players reported no full damage, sometimes the drill stopped penetrating walls, or enemies weren’t surprised at the end. One of the Respawn devs wrote about a funny Twitter feed when a random cast asked if the team knew about the Mad Maggie finale.

The good news is that Respawn Entertainment knows about the problem, the bad news is that it doesn’t seem like a fix. And it seems crazy that Maggie needs more than the ultimate cure. His entire set doesn’t work well even with such a heavy shield meta. His talents should be challenged by Gibbs and now Newcastle, but he can’t really underestimate these legends.
The pick rate has been low for quite some time and there are legends that make it better. Mad Maggie will stay down until we redesign or strengthen the Respawn set.
