The Apex Legends Crypto Legacy leak offers one of the best images of the alleged weapon. Season 12 kicked off on Tuesday with some changes to the map. And with the new season comes a whole new season of events. Respawn Entertainment often chooses a legend to focus on and rewards them with an heirloom if the character doesn’t already have one.
Watson was the last legend to get one of these rare items, where the energy drive was released on December 13. Creating coins to unlock certain treasures is always a pain and makes any heirloom extremely valuable.

Based only on the latest leak and information from KralRindo, Crypto will definitely get his inheritance soon, maybe in the next event. Based on the animation and the leak above, the weapon is based on the Korean Jikdo sword. And the animation makes it look cyber and futuristic, just what Crypto needs.
For now, speculation will have to wait for Respawn to announce an official. Meanwhile, players are in the middle of Season 12, dealing with shadow nerfs and enjoying new map changes. It’s also worth noting that Crypto has been revamped for the new season, a perfect time for his legacy.
