Developers from the independent studio GFA Games have long been preparing a post-apocalyptic action game called PIONER, which with its setting and visual style may resemble brands such as STALKER, Fallout or Atomic Heart. However, it should be added that unlike these predominantly single-player games, PIONER focuses on multiplayer and a combination of PvE and PvP mechanics..
In terms of setting, the creators call for a combination of open world and clashes in closed zones. In terms of gameplay, the game offers action. first person shootouts and an emphasis on survival elements, creation and exploration of the game’s environment.
If you are interested in the theme of the game, you might like it. recently released open betathanks to which you can try the game for free until November 11th. Simply visit the Steam digital store page where you can request access to the beta under the games tab.
The full version will be released still planned for this year. However, we cannot rule out a possible postponement to 2026. There is no talk yet about possible console ports.
