A few days ago, the creators of DeadlyCrow Games announced their new upcoming game. It’s called Mutter and it’s a psychological horror that explores deeper themes. Mutter promises a powerful and disturbing story about childhood trauma, heartbreak and dysfunctional family relationships. It also has a visually interesting story inspired by the aesthetics of classic stop-motion and claymation films.
You play here as a boy named Maddox. Your father was sent to the front during World War II, and you were left at home with only your mother. However, he turns into a terrible monster. Your task will be to survive, solve various puzzles, explore the English countryside, and also, for example, engage in gardening and collecting resources. The plants you collect will be needed to create items and recipes needed to progress through the story. If you like being scared, you can wishlist the game on Steam. Platforms other than PC have not yet been confirmed – more information will be announced later.
