The new part should be complemented by two expected remakes.

Specifically, we were talking about other remakes of old parts, which will become a continuation of the already released remakes of the second, third and fourth parts.
Although the attention of fans of the brand at the moment is mainly directed to the upcoming new work with the subtitle Requiem, it is obvious that after its release other remakes will get a place. The earlier readings were confirmed in an article in mp1st magazine, which also brought new information.
They concern, in particular, Remake of Resident Evil 0which is reportedly due out no earlier than 2028. It is assumed that this will be a full-fledged remake with the working title Project Chamber, which, in addition to improvements in graphics and gameplay, should also offer changes within the plot. The article also mentions that actor John McClaren will voice the character of Billy Cohen.
However, even before the release of the Resident Evil 0 remake, it should receive priority. remake of Resident Evil Code Veronicawhich is scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2027. So, theoretically, Resident Evil fans can expect a total of three games from this famous horror series between 2026 and 2028.
