Developers from the independent Czech studio Voodoo Kollektiv set themselves the task of creating a cult game. amateur film “The Wedding of Jiri Kara”. The film is a recording of the wedding ceremony of Jiri Kara and Blanka Divišová. The game itself appeared less than a month after the presentation, and today a crowdfunding campaign was launched on the Czech platform Starter.
Basic level was set at 450 thousand crowns.Moreover, the creators have already chosen 17% of the required amount. At the same time, there were several additional goals that reach four million crowns. From a platform perspective, PCs are a priority, with mobile versions for Android, iOS and Steam Deck to be added.
Jiří Kára Simulator is a Czech independent first-person shooter inspired by the iconic video of Jiří Kára’s wedding. It will introduce players to the dirty streets of Prague, where absurd humor mixes with the grim reality of the Prague underground.
You wake up surrounded by garbage. Hangover like a cow. Your fiancee Blanca gets fucked. And you are Jiri Kara. No swords, no pistols – just buzzing, bottles, a cigar and your drunken charm.” The creators themselves describe their new project.
