Red Dead Redemption 2 has a strong place in the gaming community. However, dedicated fans take their games to the next level by using modifications and adjustments to NPC behavior that bring new, often funny or downright bizarre elements to the game. Streamer Blurbs specializes in such projects and, thanks to an idea from one of its clients, came up with a slightly painful modification: every time the player shoots an enemy, he begins a movie flashback from his life – for example, when the NPC is playing with children, writing a letter about returning home.
But these touching scenes take on an absurd dimension because all of Blurbs’ lyrics were developed in collaboration with fans on Twitch. They took it upon themselves and crammed various jokes and Internet memes into the dialogue – from Spider-Man to Rick and Morty and One Piece. The result is a bizarre contrast between dramatic shots and absolutely hammered messages that the author himself laughed at many times.
The commercials have already shown that he’s definitely short on ideas. So you can expect him and his community to show off some crazy ideas beyond just Red Dead Redemption 2.
