INSOI is a very ambitious Life simulator, which should be a big competitor for Sims Electronic Arts. Until recently, she reigned this genre. Over the years of their existence, competitors with similar games in the market did not appear special or have not achieved much success. Nevertheless, inzoi, which is the creators of Krafton, South Korean, introduced us to several aces in his sleeves, which were fascinated by many fans of this game genre.

First of all, the game attracts a realistic graphics due to Unreal Engine 5, as well as a realistic game process and the use of artificial intelligence technologies. Thanks to all these elements, the game at first glance looked very promising and interesting and caused many emotions in many discussions. The date of the PC game was scheduled for March 28, 2025 with a preliminary approach. Later, however, the game should also be available on the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S. The creators promised that they did not want to approach light headings and want to work very intensively on a preliminary approach and mainly cooperate directly with players to improve the game.

Preliminary approach

Thus, the game arrived on the day when the creators promised. On March 28, 2025, many nurses were sitting on the monitors of their computers and rushed into this new virtual world. As for the technical side of the game, she did not show any serious problems when establishing the highest details. She drove smoothly, did not scold and did not fall. Of course, this can vary from a message about various computer sets, because some of the falls of the game, which were reported to the creators. Nevertheless, the Inzoi team did not mourn and immediately released the first Hotfix on the second day after the start, March 29, 2025. Others released the next day, on March 30, 2025, so they proved that they were completely available after the start and attempt to fix some mistakes as soon as possible.

Until now, during the launch month, a total of 6 Hotfix has been released. Of course, they devoted themselves to the technical aspects, trying to eliminate problems with the fall of the game and improve its functionality in general. Nevertheless, they rushed to their heads and improved the gameplay, mainly based on fans’ reviews. For example, the most significant can be hit to regulate the aging of characters, regulating karma, which in this world is an integral part of the gameplay, and the player should pay attention to it, change the duration of sleeping characters, and so on. In a recent fifth update, they also presented new shadows settings that cast lamps on the streets and lights inside the buildings.

Even with this setting, the creators turn to the reviews of fans who complained that they looked unnatural and not very real thanks to the lighting of the character in the game. After applying this settings, you can see a really huge difference how you can see in the figure below. Shadows settings are also applied to each lighting inside the building if the player sets it manually. Therefore, this parameter can be optimized in accordance with preferences. The shadows then throw furniture and other home equipment. Step by step, the creators, at least, intensively work on the game and experience great sympathies of fans only for their transparency and communicativeness.

Plans for the future

Of course, the development of Inzoi has far ahead. Currently, the game is not so much content that many could imagine in this realistic game. According to the available information that the developers have already been mentioned, we should expect a large number of new content in the game even in a preliminary approach. So completely free. Among this content is also the delivery of pets who are looking forward to many players. According to their inzoi roadmap, 4 large updates await this year. The first should arrive in May, next in August, October and December.

They do not reject the possibility of a multiplayer environment in the future. According to them, it will probably be impossible to implement a multiplayer plan so that players can play side by side, as we are mostly used to. But you could invite another player to visit and so on. Thus, they again want feedback with fans, as the multi -user composition would suggest. Therefore, inzoi, at least, depending on the reaction of most fans on the way and is still grateful to the creators for their work.
