Today, the developers of 11 -bit studios announced the Frostpunk 1886, a RIMAK of Survival Strategy since 2018, which should arrive in 2027 and gave it a separate article. This game also received a short teaser, and the Polish company went to the public, but we learned much more information from investors who took place in the morning. And it should be said that training plans are quite large.
Current state and change in strategy
11 bit experienced a relatively difficult year in terms of finance. The company, published by Thauma, and creatures AVA have not yet been paid, and at the end of the year the long -developed internal project 8 was canceled.
He still wants to focus on very unique games full of moral solutions, but in addition to completely new names and games from the publishing unit, the company now creates the third pillar of its operation, which it calls games on the platform. These will be the names with long -term support, which are strictly based on regular updates and paid extensions. The first such game should be recently declared Frostpunk 1886.
From the point of view of internal development, 11 bit wants to focus on prototyping in small teams and create a standardized development model. At the same time, Greenlighting is to improve only the best concepts to get green light. Manufacturers must have a wider word for the team in order to better cope with unexpected obstacles in development.
The publishing house also underwent changes when the company wants to diversify its portfolio more, but at the same time focused mainly on quality, not quantity. The company also wants to focus on less expensive projects that bring fewer risks, but there will also be more expensive games. At the same time, the company has the so -called “wild cards budget” for special occasions, namely games that traditionally do not release 11 bits, but sees potential in them. The first will be death.
Plans for the future
Although we usually learn some information about the planned projects at the investor conference, this time 11 bits really did not be solar, and the company revealed, perhaps, everything that could.
We have learned almost full plans for the next few years. We will pass through them in accordance with individual names, and the first to consider internally developed games.

The survival of science fiction changes will be released after many delays on June 13, both on PC and PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, preliminary orders begin today. Work on the Gold Master version is completed, and the focus -tests are still ongoing, which give important reviews for developers.
Moreover, time was supposed to allow the developers to expand the gameplay and make it more complete, but also more exciting. The marketing strategy has also undergone changes, because 11 -Bat wants to hit a wider audience, which seems to have been doing so far. In the number of wishes lists, this is the second largest game in the history of the company, immediately after Frostpunek 2. The creators believe that the game will become really special.
Before releasing, a practical event in Warsaw should take place for journalists and creators of content, where they can try a more distinguishing part of the game. As for the more distant future, the developers plan a large update of 1.1 by the end of the year and next year. Other plans should be determined by the response of the players.
Frostpunk 2
The continuation of the freezing strategy occurred in September last year, but at 11 bit the games are still paying close attention. Already on May 8, a large free update will appear, which will bring new content. In summer, the console versions should be released, and the first paid DLC called Spectrum along with another autumn update.
The second DLC called Aurora should come next year with a different update, as well as the last confirmed expansion, the name of which we still do not know. As with another support, this will only be visible, but 11 bit is already thinking about supporting the game for a long time, as well as about Frostpunk 1886, if the players are interested.
Frostpunk 1886
The recently declared name is currently at the design stage, and the transition to an unreal engine 5. Full production should begin at the end of this year or at the beginning of the next. The beta -phase should be achieved somewhere in the first half of 2027, the release in accordance with the time scale “at the end of the same year.”
Long support should be observed. 11 bits want to have Frostpunk 1886 and Frostpunk 2 hips nearby, because the genre is completely different, and each of them can satisfy different players, although there is, of course, a large overflow.

Another large studio project has only the designation of the code. At the beginning of the year, the design stage began and soon should be prototyping, and at the turn of the year the name is to compose in preliminary production. It will not enter the full phase of production in 2027, and it must arrive in 2029.
This should be the second game that the company announced last week. This should be a large, ambitious name where, although the company does not directly mention it, developers from the recently canceled Projekt 8 will probably work.

The team responsible for Frostpunk 2 will soon begin a new project. Already now the developers should have ideas and approximately the idea that they will accept, this phase of the design should soon begin. At the turn of the year, it should be prototyped in mid -2026 for preliminary production. The project should introduce full production at the end of 2027.

And there is another project from the team that works on Alters. The design phase should begin at the beginning of next year, in the second half it should be prototyped, and the next stages will only follow later. This name is definitely quite far.

The developers in 11 bits already have an idea for another play on the platform, which should be maintained for a long time, as well as Frostpunk 1886. The design phase will begin in the second half of this year and full production in the second half of 2026.
External development
As for the publishing house, three names are currently confirmed. MoonLighter 2 will be released in the summer of this year, soon after that death. The company already has another signed project, but it will not be released in the second half of 2026. In addition, the company plans to sign about two external projects per year.
Surprise at the end
The General Director of 11 BIT Studios PrzemysLaw Marszal left another surprise, but rather a teaser in the future. The latter Slid says that 11 -probably found a way to expand the game that we all love in the future, and we must wait soon.
