The RIMAK will offer improved support for visual, new content and modifications.
Frostpunk survival strategy celebrates its 7th anniversary, and the developers from the Plock Company 11 Bit Studios have prepared a special announcement. Last week, we wrote that the studio began working on a new game from the world of Frostpunki, but now we learned exactly what it was.
This is not a full -fledged continuation, and even a side, but a ramics of the first episode called Frostpunk 1886, referring, of course, by the year in which number one takes place. The game was declared using a short teaser, where 2027 was confirmed, but the Steam page was already launched, where we learned more detailed information.
Especially the developers will move from their own technological liquid engine to an unreal engine 5, which they also used to develop the second part. As a result, they promise not only improved visual vision, but also support for modifications that the first part was not from the engine restrictions.
11 bits, however, will not only rely on the community. Compared to the original game, a remake will include new content, namely new laws, events, buildings, technologies and game mechanics. There will also be a goal (goal) that will complement faith and order from the original game.
As it was already here, the name will appear in 2027. Until then, we can count on various demonstrations of the game. Another 11 -bit team is still working on the second episode, which will soon receive a large update for free, and then three paid DLCs.
