The gaming industry is full of challenges and obstacles that can bother even seasoned professionals. Corinne Boucher, former development director for Dragon Age: The Veilguard, has experience with this. She spent more than 18 years in the studio, during which time she took part in a number of successful projects. However, over time, fatigue and the not always favorable fate of individual titles probably began to overtake her.

Her latest project, Dragon Age: The Veilguard, has been in development for ten long years. Although it received generally positive reviews from critics and gamers on PC and consoles, it did not achieve the expected success from a financial perspective. This failure did not seem to influence her decision to leave the studio. However, Boucher is now the only member of the team who is expanding beyond the company, opening the door to new opportunities.
