Larian Studios is not catching up. They pointed it out two months ago and after the Dungeons & Dragons Direct we have it in black and white. Finished version Baldur’s Gate 3 will not be published until 2023. At least be a consolation new trailerindicating that the pre-release game will be updated with new content in the coming months.
Baldur’s Gate 3 went into pre-release on Steam, GOG.com and Google Stadium in October 2020. Since then, there have been several major updates. And it is on them that the already mentioned trailer focuses on with a pinch of its own humor.
