Atomfall takes us to an alternate version of England five years after the catastrophic Windscale nuclear incident in 1957. In this reality, the event was so devastating that the government had to completely isolate the area and declare a quarantine zone. We will find ourselves in the middle of a dangerous world full of hostile factions, cruel sects, dungeons full of monsters and robots, trying to uncover the truth about the disaster and its causes.

Atomfall’s gameplay mechanics emphasize survival, resource management, and decision making.. Although during the adventure we will be able to enjoy a rich arsenal of weapons, guns won’t always be the best choice. The trailer confirms that we will have to act tactically, save resources and make key decisions that will affect the plot and course of the game.

The world of Atomfall will be huge and offer a variety of activities, including main and side missions that players will receive from the inhabitants of the quarantine zone. Rebellion emphasizes that the narrative aspect of the game will play an important role and every decision you make will have an impact on your destiny.
