Epic Games has revealed more details about Fortnite OGwhich returns the original map from Chapter 1 as a permanent part of the game. Plus it’s coming new ballistic modewhich could compete with games like Counter-Strike 2 or valiant.
Fortnite OG mode will offer a rotation of seasons from Chapter 1. The first season will last until January 31, 2025, approximately two months. These seasons will be shorter than the original ones, but will feature key moments such as meteorite impacts and volcanic eruptions that players have loved.
Classic solo and squad modes will be available in OG mode, with both traditional and Z builds.ero build option. Modern game mechanics will be added, such as running, sliding, climbing, breaking through doors or healing while moving. However, recent features such as wall jumping from Chapter 6 will not be in this mode.
Fortnite OG will also offer a separate Battle Pass with 45 tiers of rewards as part of the Fortnite Crew membership.
