If you’re eager to take a look behind the scenes of the development of the highly anticipated medieval RPG Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 from Warhorse Studios, so you will have this opportunity. Xzone announced the preparation of a book The Art of Kingdom Come: Liberation IIwhich will be available in Czech and English.
Like the art book for the first volume, the book was created by Xzone Originals in close collaboration with the developers at Warhorse Studios. Approximately within 300 pages will offer extensive insight into the creation of the medieval landscape, the precise design of Kutná Hora and surrounding villages, and the undercover creation of a number of popular characters. Of course, there will be hares too. New are several drop-down panoramic pages that highlight the beautiful artwork from the team of artists.
“The first art book was an incredible success, selling thousands of copies across Europe, and a second re-release is currently being published. This was our first book, since then we have made great progress in producing our own projects, and not only because of this we want to significantly exceed this set bar. We believe that The Art of Kingdom Come: Deliverance II will take the place of one of the most successful Xzone Originals games. That’s why we are preparing an art book not only in Czech, but also in English,” he says. Martin Szovanec, founder and co-owner of Xzone
The artbook would be incomplete without interesting information from the developers themselvesas well as a foreword by studio founder and creative director Dan Vavra and artistic director Victor Heschl. The afterword will be taken over by the second of the founders of Warhorse Studios and gaming legend Martin Klima.
