Apparently the word optimization in modern Swedish means a very dirty word or something that should be avoided at all costs. How else to explain the ending a to put it mildly, damn HW requirements for an action-adventure game Indiana Jones and the Big Circle.
The minimum hardware requirements were published several months ago, specifically during Gamescom in August, and even then it was known that something was probably wrong, because the requirement for an RTX 2060 video card is not entirely standard even these days. Meanwhile, Indiana Jones and the Big Circle releases this Friday for those who pre-ordered the Premium or Collector’s Edition (three days later for everyone else), so the fact that the full claims we get just days before release, some may see this as another bad omen.. Although it should be noted that publisher Bethesda Softworks has done this several times in the past. However, this does not change the fact that the recommended and ultra requirements can be a very unpleasant surprise.
