One of PlayStation’s most prominent faces, Shuhei Yoshida, has announced his retirement from Sony after 38 years with the company. worked since 1986. Yoshida was at the birth of the PlayStation console and Sony’s gaming division itself, in the development of which he participated since 1993.

He gradually rose to his place Head of Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studioswhich is now known as PlayStation Studios. From this position, he influenced the direction of PlayStation primarily in terms of available games, exclusive games, and relationships with individual development teams.
