The latest installment in the famous Metro game series, based on the books by writer Dmitry Glukhovsky, was released in 2019 when it was released on PC and consoles. Metro Exodus received positive reviews. It follows the award-winning games Metro 2033 and Metro: Last Light in 2010 and 2013.
The newly released product will try to continue all these achievements. spin-off called Metro Awakeningbuilt from the ground up for virtual reality gaming. The new product from the Vertigo Games studio has been available since yesterday on PlayStation VR2, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest 3, Viveport and Oculus Rift headsets. The price was set at 40 euros.
Reviews so far have been mostly positive, as evidenced by, for example, rating 78% on aggregator Metacritic. You can watch the newly released launch trailer below.
