Optimization has been improved again.
One of the main points of criticism from players at the time of release Elden Ring: Shadow of Airdtree was not only more demanding, but also optimized. What are we talking about – if in the base game “everything” worked more or less at the highest possible settings, then in the case of the expansion it was no longer so good. The game had various performance issues on different devices, which the developers have been actively addressing since release. Proof of this is the latest update, which contains a number of fixes related not only to optimization. Various weapon effects, some problematic combat moves, and other elements that spoiled the gameplay for players were also fixed.
However, on computers you can still expect minor performance degradation caused by third-party software. Whether this “problem” will ever be solved remains to be seen. However, it is obvious that the studio is Elden Ring: Shadow of Airdtree actively working. The game is available on PC, PlayStation and Xbox consoles.
