Rockstar has traditionally played the game with PC gamers. Although everyone knows that one day Grand Craft Auto VI will be released on PC, so the famous studio is keeping quiet and only teasing the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions. But it is being prepared in the Rockstar Games Launcher.
The new Rockstar Games Launcher update has empty configuration folders called GTAVI, GTAV 9th generation And Red Dead Redemption. Rockstar later deleted these folders.
The inclusion of these components is not surprising, as PC versions of the gangster action and western are expected. The question is when they will come out. Considering that GTA 6 on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S will be released in the fall of 2025, the PC version will come out a year later at most. But it could be sooner or later. The PC version of Red Dead Redemption is definitely closer. The story of former outlaw John Marston was confirmed for PC a month ago in a promotional video on the PlayStation Store.
In the future it will also look like this best version GTA V for PC. Gen 9 is an expanded and improved version for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. On PC, it can support ray tracing, AMD FSR/RDR2 and TAA, and GTA+ Subscription. This is only on consoles for now.
