Both Naoe and Jasuke treat him differently.
Haystack jumping has been a hallmark of the Assassin’s Creed Shadows series for years. Traditional jumping animation rises to the end of the tower and other raised objects, of which the series traditionally offers countless. This mechanic, already firmly associated with the Assassin’s Creed brand, will not be missing in the upcoming sequel to the series, subtitled Shadows, which will be released this fall.
Developers at Ubisoft Quebec have shown off the new work’s signature jump treatment for the first time in the video below, which they posted on Twitter. At the same time, it’s clear that each of the game’s two characters deal with this element differentlyWhile Naoe demonstrates a graceful jump and strike, Jasuke demonstrates the complete opposite. Even within the framework of this essentially banal mechanic, the authors try to present significant differences between the pair of game characters.
Shadows of Assassin’s Creed will be released on November 12 on PC and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.
