British studio Rebellion Developments announced during Gamescom continuation of the Sniper Elite series with the subtitle “Resistance”. In it, you will once again go into enemy territory in the shoes of a sniper, where you will make life difficult for German soldiers.
During the presentation, the developers were tempted to move the action to occupied France and new central character in the form of Harry Hawkerwho replaces the veteran protagonist of Karel Fairbairn’s old works. Today, the opening trailer was followed by the presentation of the very first gameplay footage, published by IGN magazine.

Sniper Elite: Resistance will be released in 2025 on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S consoles. The game will also be available on Xbox/PC Game Pass on launch day.
