“STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl” postponed again

Developers from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World announced another delay of the game STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl. The expected post-apocalyptic event was supposed to be released on September 5. But the authors decided to postpone the release date for more than two months. As a new date November 20 was scheduled.

The developers said that they are spending the extra time mainly on fixing bugs and other issues. At the same time, they thanked players for their continued patience and support. More about the game itself We’ll find out on August 12when a detailed development video will be released. This material will feature new footage from the game, exclusive interviews with the developers and, most importantly, a full walkthrough of one mission.

Barring further delays, the game is set to launch in November on PC (Steam), Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox/PC Game Pass. You can check out a brief preview the studio released today in the preview above.
