Diablo IV received a number of new features during Season 4 that advance or improve the game in some way. However, as is often the case with seasons, most of the new features and fresh elements will likely disappear in the next one, which the community does not want. Many factors were liked by players. However, the one that most of them liked the most was the Unholy Mind Cage item. When consumed, this delicacy increases the level of enemies in Helltides and increases the overall difficulty of the task, for which the player then receives a special reward. One player commented on the reasons for leaving this item: “Profane Mindcage makes Helltides more challenging and rewarding for those with maxed builds who want to spice it up with a little challenge. Don’t take away from what makes the game fun.“.
The Unholy Mind Cage isn’t the only item players want to keep. Seasonal potions are also popular, with their consumption rates being extremely high due to their effects.
