“After much consideration, we regret to inform you that we have decided to delay the Early Access release of Life by You, previously scheduled for June 4th. It was not an easy decision. Moreover, we understand the expectations and excitement of many players. However, we believe that additional development time is required.” — studio vice president Matthias Lilja wrote in a post on the Paradox forum.
“While we would like to announce a new release date now, we believe it is best to wait with such announcements to avoid a new date that we may not be able to meet. We will provide additional information as soon as possible. In the meantime, we would like to sincerely thank you for your continued support and patience.” he added.
We currently do not know when we will be able to play the game. It was initially expected to be available in September 2023, then in early March of this year and finally in June. The creators explained the delays as an attempt to improve the game and better optimize it.
