The 2010 Western action movie Red Dead Redemption can finally be released on PC after more than ten years since its initial release on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 consoles. The mention of the PC version was discovered in the Rockstar Launcher database by a famous data miner with the nickname Thesis 2, which specializes in behind-the-scenes information from the Rockstar camp. Insider X is followed by over 300,000 users on the social network, so this is definitely not an unknown source of information.

Apparently, Rockstar Launcher data contain promotional materials, which directly mention the appearance of the game on computers. While it’s quite unusual for a PC port to be released so long after its release on consoles, it’s not that much of a surprise. After all, various assumptions and hints have been circulating around the PC version for many years. The chances of its appearance were increased by the release of ports for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch consoles, which occurred in October last year.

If the current leak is confirmed, it could lead to an official presentation and perhaps even the release itself. will happen on May 18when Red Dead Redemption celebrates fourteen years since its release on last-generation consoles.
