Brno studio Madfinger Games announced today that War in the Gray Zone will be released on Steam Early Access on April 30 this year. At the same time, the price and individual editions were revealed. In the future, the game will be shown on consoles.
Gray Zone Warfare will offer a world of private military companies, full of tactical action, taking place around the mysterious disaster on the island of La Mang, inspired by Southeast Asia. As a former member of the special forces, players choose one of three PMC (Private Military Company) factions, each pursuing their own goals on the island.
An open world with an area of 42 km² awaits you, accommodating up to 48 players, 1000 units of artificial intelligence and 150 different tasks., which you can complete alone or in a team of up to 4 people. You will face a fierce battle in PvEvP mode against other players or you can fight with enemy units in PvE mode. All this can be enjoyed against the backdrop of a tropical jungle with a breathtaking atmosphere and Asian suburban architecture, where every frame counts and where every movement truly matters.

Gray Zone Warfare Early Access price starts at approximately 899 CZK for the standard version with additional equipment, base cabinet and lockable drawer. For those who would like to explore the open world of tactical action, there is a Tactical Edition costing approx. 1499 CZK and Elite Edition in conversion for approximately 1999 CZK, which contains additional equipment, lockers and lockers to improve work efficiency. The top tier, Supporter Edition, is available for approximately 2499 CZK for the most dedicated community members who want to support development and receive additional cosmetic items.
The goal of the Brno studio is to release Gray Zone Warfare on console. Now the PC version is their priority. As part of this, drivers will be supported, which will subsequently help in the creation of console versions. However, they should not be expected in the foreseeable future.
