Independent Czech developer Dominik Vojta has launched a crowdfunding campaign for his ambitious game on the Startovač platform. project called “Back to Operation”. This is a simulator in which you enter the Prague metro as a metro driver. The author invites you to the detailed stations and overcoming various challenges from the cockpit of the historical ČES set. Following the example of other games in this genre, the main goal will be to safely transport all passengers to their destination station without any delays.
The author said that the game has been in development for about a year. Dominik Vojta of the Startovac players was able to continue the development of the project just a few hours after the launch of the campaign. have already collected more than 138 thousand crowns, which is almost double the original goal. The success of the campaign means that the author will be able to devote himself entirely to the development of the game and, in addition, also reward external collaborators in the form of modelers.
The main goal of Dominik Vojta is the creation of the EČS complex (+ 81-71) and route A of the Prague metro. But in the future, according to the author, he would like to add more lines and modern kits. In terms of gameplay, the title boasts its own physical model, which will work with lifting, leaning in turns, length of the set and its occupancy. But Dominik Vojta also notes that it won’t be an extremely realistic simulator. Instead, it will try to offer something between simulator, game and reality.
