With more than three thousand employees, Saber became independent again four years after 2020, when Embracer bought it for more than half a billion dollars. “With the sale, both parties are much better positioned for further growth. I will continue to be a significant and long-term shareholder of Embracer, and we remain partners in several current and future projects,” says Saber CEO Matt Karch.
