Since 2019, all clubs in the hockey extra league also compete on virtual rinks as part of the Esport hockey league. This year, 42 gamers donned hockey club jerseys and competed in teams of three for the championship title and a prize fund of 150,000 crowns.
The entire league started with the main part, just like in traditional hockey. This lasted about a month and a half, and all the clubs played in one match against each other. Dynamo Pardubice came out on top in the regular season. Over the course of thirteen matches, she remained undefeated and collected the full number of possible points on the table. Together with Kladno Knights, Boleslav Bruslar and Třinec Očelár, they secured direct passage to the quarterfinals of the knockout matches. The remaining eight best teams had to measure the halls in the preliminary round.

It is the Pardubice club that has been running the virtual skating rink for several years now. He recorded his last loss three years ago. Since then, the club has won three league titles and is preparing for a fourth this season. However, several opponents will stand in his way. Kladno Knights and Mladá Boleslav players are also in excellent shape.
In the quarterfinals, Dynamo will challenge Olomouc, who managed to knock out their favorite Comet. The Knights will play the White Tigers and the Steelers will play Carlsbad Energia. The match between Mlada Boleslav and Vitkovice will complete the entire quarterfinal day. All matches are broadcast live on the Esport Hockey League website and Twitch channel.
