Sony released the second generation of its VR headset in February last year. The device, called the PlayStation VR2, accompanied the release of several larger games, including the exclusive Horizon Call of the Mountain and VR versions of Gran Turismo 7, Resident Evil Village and No Man’s Sky. Of course, the most popular VR games such as Beat Saber, Pavlov and Job Simulator also received a port for the new headset. However, despite the solid start influx of bigger and truly memorable gameswhich the devices themselves could sell to new players was gradually reduced.

The current lack of games could be addressed by adding PC support, which would give owners of the PlayStation VR2 headset access to a fairly wide library of VR games on PC, including the award-winning Half-Life: Alyx. While it was unlikely that such an option would be added in the past, Sony said on the official PlayStation blog that They’re currently testing PlayStation VR2 on PC. At the same time, we can expect full compatibility with computers this year.

Along with this relatively big news, several upcoming games were revealed, most notably Zombie Army VR, Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate, and Little Cities: Bigger.
