Final Cut modification can be downloaded for free on the website Nexus Mods and then you just need to unzip the archive and rewrite it on your PC and edit the folders in the root folder with the installed game. This would actually be enough for you to play with, but I’m guessing you wouldn’t want to just give up on the Czech dub, and who would? However, please be aware that some dialogue will remain in English as it is there is simply no Czech version. On the other hand, there will still be new ones in Czech. There is no support for Czech localization, but it can be very easily integrated manually. In the unpacked PC folder, overwrite the contents of the folder sds_cz To sds_en and that’s it, the installation is complete.
