Leading Czech game stores Xzone and JRC have published traditional charts of best-selling games and consoles over the past month. Below you can see the products that were most popular in January.
XZone
The slightly controversial remaster of The Last of Us Part 2 performed best in Xzone. The Last of Us: Part II Remastered managed to take its place at the very top of the podium. The second position was taken by Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, followed by Tekken 8. However, overall the competition was very strong, as evidenced by the titles in the other seven positions. Cyberpunk 2077 – Ultimate Edition, Forspoken, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth, Horizon: Forbidden West also entered the top ten bestsellers. The Czech platformer Bzzzt, RoboCop: Rogue City or the traditional sales product Grand Theft Auto V also attracted the attention of players.
If any of you were expecting a change in console sales, you’ll probably be disappointed. Sales were once again dominated by the PlayStation 5 in its “thin” version. However, for the first time in history, the digital version defeated the existing mechanical version. Which Xzone is not very happy about, because they are among the fans of the disc version.
