There’s been a lot of talk in the last few hours about Microsoft’s new strategy to bring its games to Sony’s rival console. While there had previously been rumors of a Hi-Fi Rush port, Xbox Era magazine reported yesterday that Starfield would also be coming, and the news kept coming. Now there are rumors that the Indiana Jones and the Great Circle or Gears of War series will also be released on PlayStation.
This is still speculation, but it caused a huge stir and on Monday night he replied Phil Spencer, head of Microsoft’s entire gaming division. In a short tweet, he stated that a “business renewal event” is planned for next week where we will learn the vision for the future of the entire Xbox. And although he didn’t add anything else, it definitely indicates at least some changes. In any case, we won’t have to wait long for official information.
We listen and hear you. We’re planning a business update event next week where we look forward to sharing with you more details about our vision for the future of Xbox. Stay tuned.
