Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden from the creators of Life is Strange received complaints from HW

Developers from the French studio Don’t Nod, famous for the story-driven adventure game Life is Strange, are currently finishing what is perhaps their most ambitious game yet – Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden. The genre is an action-RPG, in which, however, following the example of other games of this studio, it follows history also plays an important role, dialogs and associated choices. These, as with Life is Strange, should influence the direction of the story itself.

Players wait on the playing field battles with the undead, spirits and ghosts, against which you can use a diverse arsenal of weapons and special abilities. It’s also fun to play as two different main characters in the fictional city of New Eden in 1695.

Below you can see the recently published hardware requirements for the PC version. The minimum requirements include an Intel Core i3-8300 processor, 8 GB of RAM and an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti video card. Banishers: Ghosts of New Eden will be released on February 13 on PC (Steam) and PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S consoles.

Minimum requirements (30 FPS, Full HD resolution, low detail)

  • CPU: Intel Core i3-8300 or AMD Ryzen 3 2200G
  • Memory size: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 580

Recommended requirements (60 frames per second, Full HD resolution, very high detail)

  • Operating system: Windows 10/11 64-bit
  • CPU: Intel Core i5-10600K/AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
  • Memory size: 16 GB RAM
  • Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060/AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT
  • DirectX: vversion 12
  • HDD: 52 GB free space (SSD recommended)
