Developers from the Ukrainian studio GSC Game World. they published release date of the expected post-apocalyptic action STALKER 2: Heart of Chernobyl. The game was originally expected to release in the first quarter of this year after earlier delays. However, studio representatives said today that players will not enter the Zone until September 5thwhen the game becomes available on PC, Xbox Series X/S and Xbox/PC Game Pass.
The delay isn’t all that surprising given the technical state of the game as of now. A playable demo from last year’s Gamescom showed, for example, that the developers still have a lot of work to do in terms of optimization (our impressions).
