In the Polish studio Teyon after completing a detective shooter RoboCop: Rogue City satisfaction reigned. The new product from the Krakow studio was very warmly received and recorded the best start in the history of the French publishing house Nacon.

Game director Petr Latocha also recalled the success in an interview with Exputer. “We’re really happy to see how much people enjoy the game. We’ve got 95 percent positive feedback on Steam, which is fantastic, and the game has had an incredible start in terms of sales. So what can we say about this? We are very happy because the hard work has paid off.”

RoboCop: Rogue City took three years to create. The hardest part was finding the right balance in terms of gameplay to make players feel like unstoppable Robocops. Therefore the movements are slow and cumbersome. On the other hand, the game had to be fun and dynamic. Another difficult aspect was following the lore of the films.

Despite the success, they have no plans to release additional content or sequels in Theyon. RoboCop: Rogue City will only receive New Game Plus Mode. However, in the future, perhaps the developers will present a surprise. In Teyon they would like to enter another successful brand. They’ve already made Rambo and Terminator games. So let’s see what else we can play from them.
