Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown reveals playtime

Already in mid-January, players can expect the expected return of the Prince of Persia series in the form of a full-fledged new part, subtitled The Lost Crown. Developers from Ubisoft Montpellier, who have signed contracts in the past for example with the Rayman series or the platformer Valiant Hearts: The Great War, recently told Game Informer that the game will offer approx. 25 hours of play timewhich is important for a 2.5D Metroidvania platformer.

At the same time, studio representatives confirmed that the game will work on all platforms at 60 FPS. In terms of gameplay, the game will focus mainly on parkour passages, fighting enemies including boss battles, logic puzzles, and gradually improving the protagonist’s abilities.

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown will be released on January 18 on PC (Epic Games Store, Ubisoft Connect) and consoles PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and Nintendo Switch.
